Can hypnosis be very efective to stop smoking, and how much does it cost?
I gave up 9 weeks ago with the book “The easy way to stop smoking” by Allen Carr,it has been an absolute doddle,i cant believe it.
He has a 53% success rate,nicotine replacement only has a 26% success rate.
The book only costs £8-99,not bad eh?
